What to expect

US-only sales. This is a digital PDF; nothing is mailed. Stripe labels the required US address as a shipping address and uses it to calculate applicable sales tax.

This is a downloadable PDF workbook, not a course or a managed setup service. After a verified payment, you’ll receive a download email. Save the PDF to your device and print the worksheets you want to use.

Google Business Profile appears as an optional eligibility appendix. It is not a complete fifth-platform setup guide.

Platform features depend on your eligibility, region, device, and account availability; not every feature will be available to every buyer. The workbook does not guarantee account approval, verification, followers, leads, or sales.

One-time purchase of a downloadable PDF. After verified payment, your download link will arrive by email. No account is required. Your link lasts 72 hours and allows up to five downloads. Once downloaded, you can keep and use the PDF indefinitely. Save a copy to your device. Request a replacement PDF if you need help accessing your workbook.

Your purchase information

We use purchase details only for workbook delivery, support, fraud prevention and required accounting records. Buying the workbook does not automatically sign you up for marketing. Download links expire, but order records are not automatically deleted when a link expires.

We keep minimum purchase and accounting records for at least four years, and longer only when an applicable tax requirement, dispute or legal hold requires it. We manually review delivery and debug records after 90 days and remove what is no longer needed, while preserving records needed to support a purchase or meet legal requirements. This is a manual review process, not automatic deletion. These review periods apply to records under our control, not every copy held by service providers.

Stripe processes payment and address information, Cloudflare hosts order records and private downloads, and Resend delivers transactional emails. We retain purchase email and payment references, delivery status and download-access records. Our order database does not store card numbers or billing or shipping addresses. Service providers may retain payment, message and network records under their own policies and legal obligations; deleting an application record does not necessarily delete provider records or copies in your mailbox.

Refunds and file support

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after the workbook has been downloaded. If you accidentally purchase the workbook more than once, contact us for a refund of the duplicate purchase.

If you have trouble downloading or opening the file, contact support@bluedobiedev.com so we can help. If we cannot provide a working product as described, we will refund your purchase.

These terms do not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.

Need help?

Verified buyers can request a free replacement PDF through support. Melanie handles requests manually, verifies the purchase and reviews any refund or dispute before emailing the approved PDF to the verified purchase email address. Replacement copies are email attachments, not new download links.

For a missing email or expired link, contact support@bluedobiedev.com with your purchase email and receipt reference. Do not send card details.
